Job Description

As Senior Project Manager, you will oversee all rebuild and migration projects for fashion and lifestyle brands, facilitating seamless transitions from platforms like Magento and WooCommerce to Shopify.

You will be the vital link between our clients and the team. With your expertise in e-commerce, stakeholder management, and project planning, you’ll empower your colleagues to deliver their best work while consistently exceeding client expectations.

In project planning, you’ll skillfully balance financial requirements, creative solutions, and the needs of both the client and the team. You’ll instil a sense of trust and calm, responding swiftly to signs of workload stress or new opportunities. With your positive, proactive attitude, you’ll transform every project into a collective success, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless execution.

You’ll serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, strategic planning, and alignment with the goals at every project phase.

Your role

Here's a glimpse into your day-to-day:

• Foster strong client relationships: Act as the enthusiastic, go-to e-commerce partner for clients, thriving on constant communication and ensuring their goals and project scopes are clearly defined and aligned. You'll energise the team by answering questions, clarifying details, and keeping everyone informed to drive measurable results.
  
• Oversee project execution: Take ownership of project delivery, aligning teams, timelines, and deliverables. Collaborate with clients to define requirements and ensure seamless execution, driving efficiency and exceptional client satisfaction.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with developers, e-commerce specialists, and designers, ensuring clear communication and effective task delegation to guarantee smooth project implementation.
  
• Champion operational excellence: Identify opportunities to optimise workflows and improve client operations, collaborating with internal experts to leverage Shopify tools for maximum efficiency and scalability.
  
• Optimise processes: Continuously refine internal workflows to improve both the customer experience and operational efficiency.
  
• Be a trusted expert: Provide strategic guidance to clients, offering insights into best practices, Shopify tools, and custom solutions to help them achieve their business goals.
  

Your profile

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, ideally managing technical projects or platform migrations.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for human interaction and relationship-building. You thrive on engaging with clients and internal teams (technical and non-technical) to create connection and alignment.
• Proven expertise in overseeing projects and collaborating seamlessly with internal experts on app integrations, workflow automation, and platform considerations.
• Confident and proactive communicator with the ability to manage long-term client relationships, spot challenges early, and identify upsell opportunities.
• A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach, always focused on continuous improvement and delivering client success.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, excelling at managing multiple projects and priorities with precision, efficiency, and keen attention to detail.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Dutch is a plus.
