Job Description
We are looking for an E-commerce Specialist passionate about fashion with previous experience in e-commerce and Shopify. They will be part of a collaborative team working for a diverse portfolio of fashion brands, working on the implementation of e-commerce strategies.

Your role
Here's a glimpse into your day-to-day:
- Execute e-commerce operations: Responsible for the implementation of varied tasks (big and small) across multiple Shopify stores, ensuring they meet seasonal needs and are continuously optimized.
- Continuously develop technical skills: Become more and more proficient in Shopify and other relevant e-commerce tools, being able to work autonomously with attention to detail and quality.
- Focus on quality and conversion: Leverage data analysis and Shopify expertise to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates, customer experience, brand loyalty and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with the team: Work closely with fellow E-commerce Specialists, E-commerce Managers and the Head of E-commerce to execute strategies and ensure seamless implementation across client stores.
- Contribute to process improvements: Assist and collaborate on the development and optimization of processes to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency in the team.
Your Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce and Shopify, either for a brand in-house or for multiple brands in an agency environment - Shopify experience is big plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams (technical and non-technical);
- Proactive about technology and solutions, by being on the constant lookout for new tools and being curious about tapping into how the back-end and front-end are built;
- A basic understanding of UX and CRO;
- Interested in being involved in client communication and managing relationships in the long-term, being able to spot challenges and upsell opportunities;
- A good basis of analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies for client growth and to come up with relevant KPIs;
- A solution-oriented mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement;
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively under pressure;
- Fluency in English is mandatory, Dutch or another European language is a plus.
